Your project and order
We process your name, email, uploaded files or references, printing preferences and, when you order, the delivery and payment information needed. A WhatsApp number is optional. Do not include medical data, identity documents or other sensitive information in files or conversations.
Why we use it
Quote requests prepare a possible contract; orders and tracking fulfil your purchase. Invoicing information is kept to meet legal obligations. Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. AI options, WhatsApp notifications and advertising cookies rely on your choice where we ask for it.
Services involved
Netlify receives form submissions. Cloudflare and Sites hosting provide storage and service operation. Stripe processes payment; DLabs does not receive your full card number. Resend sends email confirmations and updates. If you choose WhatsApp, YCloud and Meta provide messaging. Carriers receive information needed for delivery. Providers receive only information relevant to their role.
AI assistance and creation
When you activate the assistant, OpenAI receives the conversation, technical project information and its preview, if available. The 3D file itself is not sent to this assistant. If you choose AI 3D creation and agree to sending your input, Meshy receives your description or image. These services are optional: a ready-made file can be printed without AI creation. Avoid entering unnecessary confidential information.
Email and WhatsApp updates
Emails about a request or purchase explain its progress. WhatsApp updates require your specific agreement and do not sign you up for advertising. Reply STOP to stop them, or contact us. An automated assistant may help on WhatsApp; you can request human assistance.
Cookies and advertising measurement
Language, theme, basket and privacy preferences may use browser storage. On pages offering them, Google Ads activates only after your consent to campaign measurement. Refusing does not block the form or purchase. Use the “Privacy” button to change your choice. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days in this browser.
Translation of older pages
Some older pages use Google Translate. Loading this service sends Google technical data, including your IP address and information about the page. The new ordering pages in French, Dutch and English are written directly in those languages and do not need that tool.
Retention and deletion requests
Data is kept to handle requests, fulfil orders, provide after-sales service and meet legal obligations. We review deletion requests individually; certain invoices and necessary evidence must be retained. Files are not automatically deleted upon delivery. Contact us to request deletion of a project or ask which retention period applies to your data.
International processing
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable transfer terms and safeguards depend on the provider and configuration. You can ask us about the providers used for your project.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure and, where applicable, restriction or portability of your data. You can withdraw consent or object to certain processing. Contact info@dlabscreation.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Authority or the competent authority where you live.
The complimentary AI preview uses a random identifier and an unreadable connection fingerprint to limit abuse and avoid duplicate creations. This technical record contains neither your description nor image and expires after 62 days. One attempt per connection per 24 hours; overall availability is limited.
